Effective for all users and members of Syndicate Signal Lab (“SSL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

0) Important Notice (Read This First)

This page sets the terms for your access to SSL websites, Discord servers, content, tools, and communications. By using any SSL property, you agree to this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not access or use SSL.

1) Educational Purpose Only — No Advice

All SSL content (including models, signals, indicators, backtests, tools, screenshots, charts, graphics, and discussions) is strictly educational and informational. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. We are not licensed financial advisers, brokers, portfolio managers, or investment firms.

You are solely responsible for all decisions and outcomes. You must perform your own due diligence and seek independent professional advice before acting.

2) No Financial Promotion / No Solicitation

SSL does not make financial promotions, invitations, or inducements to engage in regulated activities or purchase regulated products. Content is general and educational. No communication by SSL is a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy/sell any asset, participate in any funding program, or open an account with any third party.

3) UAE–Specific Restrictions (Dubai, DIFC, and Mainland)

• Not for UAE persons: Our services and content are not offered to, directed at, or intended for access or use by UAE residents/citizens, persons located in the UAE (including Dubai mainland), or within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). If you are in the UAE or DIFC, do not use SSL.
• VARA & SCA frameworks: Marketing or promotion of virtual-asset related activities in Dubai requires compliance with the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) marketing regulations. Promotions of financial products in the wider UAE may fall under the UAE Securities & Commodities Authority (SCA) crypto assets framework and other laws. SSL does not conduct such regulated promotions or activities in or from the UAE.
• DIFC (DFSA) financial promotion rules: No financial promotions are made in or from the DIFC. If you are in the DIFC, do not access or rely on SSL.

By continuing, you confirm you are not a UAE resident/citizen, are not located in the UAE (including DIFC), and are not accessing SSL from the UAE.

4) Risks & Limitations

• High risk: Trading (including crypto) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all users. You may lose all capital.
• No guarantees: We do not guarantee profits, outcomes, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Markets, liquidity, slippage, execution venues, and fees can materially impact results.
• Hypothetical/backtested results: Where shown, they are illustrative, derived from historical data and assumptions, and do not reflect real trading or guarantee future performance.
• Testimonials: Any user stories are anecdotal, not typical, and are not guarantees of similar results.

5) No Funding Guarantee & Third Parties

SSL is not a prop firm and does not fund accounts. Participation in SSL does not guarantee passing any evaluation, receiving funding, or maintaining a funded account. References to brokers, prop firms, platforms, or vendors are for convenience only and are not endorsements. SSL is not responsible for third-party terms, availability, conduct, or outcomes.

6) Membership License & IP

• License: Subject to this Agreement, we grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access SSL content for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or make derivative works of SSL content. You may not share members-only content outside your account.
• IP Ownership: All content, logos, graphics, designs, models, signals, code, and trademarks are owned or licensed by SSL and protected by applicable IP laws.

7) Fair Use; Acceptable Use

• No automated harvesting, scraping, or data mining.
• No misuse, circumvention of access controls, or sharing of restricted areas.
• No unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or abusive conduct on our platforms.

8) KYC/AML, Sanctions & Export Compliance

You agree not to use SSL if you are subject to sanctions, are on any restricted lists, are in a prohibited territory, or intend to use SSL for unlawful purposes. You agree to comply with applicable KYC/AML, sanctions, and export-control laws. We may suspend or terminate access to comply with law or protect our users.

9) Age & Capacity

SSL is for individuals aged 18+ with legal capacity to enter binding agreements. By using SSL, you confirm you meet these requirements.

10) Accuracy; Service Availability

Content may change without notice and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. SSL makes no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.

11) Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSL, its owners, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages (including lost profits, trading losses, data loss, business interruption) arising from or relating to your use of SSL content or platforms, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SSL and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, cost, and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement, misuse of SSL, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

13) Regional Availability; Geographical Controls

Access to content may be restricted by region. We may implement geo-blocking, eligibility checks, or other measures to comply with local requirements (including UAE and DIFC restrictions) and may deny, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

14) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SSL, you consent to processing consistent with that policy, including anti-fraud, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

15) Governing Law; Venue; Class Action Waiver

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Your Preferred Jurisdiction] (conflict-of-laws excluded). All disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Insert Venue]. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in class, consolidated, or representative actions.

16) Changes; Termination

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after the “Last Updated” date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach, risk, or compliance reason.

17) Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and SSL regarding its subject matter.
